防爆插銷是由插頭及插座兩部分組成，外殼用鑄鋁合金壓鑄而成，插座連接于電源端，插頭連接于電氣設備端，插座由供連接導線用的插套組成接觸部分，并帶有快速切換開關。防爆插銷分為防爆隔爆型插頭插座和防爆無花型插銷
表面經高速拋丸清理后高壓靜電噴塑，外殼緊湊合理，強度好，防爆性能優良，表面塑粉附著力強，具有良好的防腐能力，表面光潔，美觀大方；
插銷與開關制成聯鎖結構，只有開關斷后方能拔出插頭；
鋼管或電纜布線均可。
