一：BTS-500/220V防爆立式搖頭扇使用場所
1. 1區、2區危險氣體場所;
2.ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC類T1-T6組爆炸性氣體或蒸氣環境;
3. 戶內、戶外(IP54，IP65*訂購時需提出 )。
二：BTS-500/220V防爆立式搖頭扇主要技術參數：
1.執行標準：GB 3836.1、GB 3836.2、GB 3836.3、GB 12476.1、IEC 60079
FB系列防爆搖頭風扇其防爆性能符合GB3836.1《爆炸性環境用防爆電氣設備通用要求》和GB3836.2《爆炸性環境用防爆電氣設備隔爆型電氣設備“d”》的規定，制成隔爆型，防爆標志為dⅡBT4，其防爆性能經的防爆電氣產品質量監督檢驗單位全面測試合格，取得了防爆合格證。
本產品具有防爆性能好、結構合理、運行平穩、使用方便、外形美觀等優點。風葉采用高強度鋁合金制成。適用于工廠內含有級別為ⅡA、ⅡB級，溫度組另為T1-T4組的可燃性氣體與空氣形成的爆炸性氣體混合物，劃分區域為1去、2區的場所如：石油、化工、機械、醫藥、冶金等行業的車間、倉庫、辦公室、加油站等處的防爆降溫。
主要由鋁合金風葉、鋼絲護罩、防爆電機、1.1米立桿、底盤、壁式安裝架組成，根據配件組合可選為落地式防爆搖頭扇和壁式防爆搖頭扇。
1、風葉采用含鎂量小于0.5%（重量比）的高強度鋁合金制成。
2、隔爆型三相異步電動機和隔爆型外殼有機座、前、后端蓋組成，其材質采用高強度鑄鐵制成，機座與端蓋的結合面為隔爆接合面，接合長度大于12.5mm，間隙小于0.2mm，端蓋與軸組成的圓筒隔爆面，其隔爆長度大于12.5mm，間隙小于0.3mm，單邊間隙小于0.2mm，***小單邊間隙大于0.075mm。
3、搖頭機構由電動驅輪減速器，牽動連桿旋盤等零件運動來實現。旋盤上有三個螺孔，其分布位置位于旋盤中心，距旋盤中心15mm和旋盤中心22mm，用于調節搖頭擺角，當連桿的一端接于旋盤中心，則不搖頭，接于距旋盤中心15 mm處時，搖頭擺角約為45°，接于距旋盤中心22 mm處時，搖頭擺角約為90°。
4、搖頭扇有二種固定方式，一種為落地式，另一種為壁式。落地式配立桿及底座，墻固式配墻上固定三角安裝架。

3. The shaking head mechanism is realized by the motion of the electric drive wheel reducer, the traction connecting rod rotating disc and other parts.
