一、軸流式屋頂風(fēng)機(jī)（DWT-Ⅰ型）概述
1、軸流式屋頂風(fēng)機(jī)（DWT-Ⅰ型）其葉片與DZ型軸輪風(fēng)機(jī)相仿，采用寬葉片大弦空間扭曲，傾斜式葉形，可在低速運(yùn)行時達(dá)到所需風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓，從而降低風(fēng)機(jī)噪音。
2、風(fēng)機(jī)按葉輪直徑分300--2400mm十七個機(jī)號，系列風(fēng)量為1500~220000m³/h，全壓為60~320Pa,機(jī)號大于等于12的風(fēng)機(jī)葉片可制成頁角可調(diào) ，滿足不同的工況需要，實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能降噪。
3、風(fēng)機(jī)根據(jù)不同的環(huán)境需求，可制成防爆型，適用于非腐蝕的含有易燃易爆氣體的場所，防腐型可適用于含有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中。
4、不同工況點(diǎn)的性能調(diào)節(jié)需求，可配用雙速電機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩檔調(diào)控，也可配用變頻電機(jī)和變頻控制器，實(shí)現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，建議調(diào)節(jié)頻率鎖定在25HZ~50HZ.
5、風(fēng)機(jī)根據(jù)用戶需求，可配備手動或者電動調(diào)節(jié)閥門、白垂百葉等。
二、軸流式屋頂風(fēng)機(jī)（DWT-Ⅰ型）工作條件介紹
工作溫度：-20℃~+40℃；
溫 度：<90%;
介質(zhì)條件：
常規(guī)型：非腐蝕、非易燃、易爆氣體（含量不得超過100mg/m³）
防爆型：非腐蝕含有易燃、易爆氣體（含量不得超過100mg/m³）
防腐型：有腐蝕性氣體（無任何粉塵）
工作電源：三相、380V/50Hz
三、軸流式屋頂風(fēng)機(jī)（DWT-Ⅰ型）應(yīng)用場景
適用于倉庫、廠礦廠房、電站、車站、體育館等中低壓、大流量場所通風(fēng)換氣。
四、軸流式屋頂風(fēng)機(jī)（DWT-Ⅰ型）配置
