PXK防爆正壓柜是向柜內(nèi)輸入氣體，使柜內(nèi)的壓力高于外部的壓力，形成一個(gè)安全正壓環(huán)境。從而阻止可燃性氣體或可燃性粉塵進(jìn)入柜體，使柜內(nèi)的普通元器件得到正常的運(yùn)行。正壓柜有兩種材質(zhì)，一種是Q235鋼板焊接材質(zhì)，一種是304不銹鋼材質(zhì)。而正壓柜有三種結(jié)構(gòu)：分別是單腔式的左右結(jié)構(gòu)，上下式結(jié)構(gòu)、琴臺(tái)式結(jié)構(gòu)。它的使用場(chǎng)所也很廣泛，適用于石油化工、海上鉆井平臺(tái)、冶金、醫(yī)藥、輕工、紡織、釀酒、油漆、涂料、食品、生物工程、航天航空工程以及軍事設(shè)施等工廠中。

PXK防爆正壓柜功能特色
◆為專用于2區(qū)而設(shè)計(jì)的一種正壓防爆柜，pz系列防爆正壓柜標(biāo)志換氣時(shí)間和流量，安裝了節(jié)流閥和安全閥等安全裝置，采用純氣動(dòng)控制方式，無(wú)需電源，用戶按提示進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)試、運(yùn)行。
◆pz型正壓柜適用于2區(qū)爆炸性氣體環(huán)境或22區(qū)可燃性粉塵環(huán)境;
◆產(chǎn)品無(wú)主、副盤(pán)，采用氣動(dòng)元件控制，控制部分包括減壓閥、氣源壓力表、正壓腔壓力表?yè)Q向閥和排氣閥等;
通過(guò)精確計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)控制氣路大小規(guī)格，正壓控制準(zhǔn)確、可靠，是我公司開(kāi)發(fā)的新一代正壓防爆產(chǎn)品;
用戶根據(jù)提示進(jìn)行換氣操作，換氣完成后可向柜內(nèi)供電。正常工作時(shí)壓力在200Pa~600Pa之間，當(dāng)壓力高于1000Pa時(shí)，安全閥自動(dòng)打開(kāi)排氣，自動(dòng)調(diào)整內(nèi)部氣壓，保證產(chǎn)品不受高氣壓沖擊變形損壞，當(dāng)壓力低于100Pa時(shí)，氣動(dòng)指示燈報(bào)警，當(dāng)氣源故障，柜內(nèi)壓力長(zhǎng)
期過(guò)低時(shí)，應(yīng)切斷前級(jí)電源:
◆正壓控制部分不間斷連續(xù)監(jiān)控，并顯示正壓腔內(nèi)壓力參數(shù);
◆不間斷連續(xù)供風(fēng)，正壓腔內(nèi)電器元件的工作熱量可隨時(shí)帶走，具有良好的散熱功能。內(nèi)部可裝檢測(cè)儀表、分析儀表、顯示儀表、低壓電器、變頻器、軟起動(dòng)器、計(jì)算機(jī)等，整臺(tái)設(shè)備可作為設(shè)備起動(dòng)、控制、中央信號(hào)處理及控制系統(tǒng):
◆同型號(hào)產(chǎn)品可多臺(tái)并聯(lián)運(yùn)行:
用戶提供氣源時(shí)，須配備潔凈空氣或惰性氣體氣源，一般情況下，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的儀表氣源可滿足要求，氣源壓力0.2MPa-0.8MPa:
外殼材質(zhì)可選用不銹鋼板焊接的產(chǎn)品，具有很好的防腐性能，可應(yīng)用于強(qiáng)腐蝕要求的石油、化工、輪船等場(chǎng)所。

PXK explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet features
◆ A positive pressure explosion-proof cabinet specially designed for the 2 zone, pz series explosion-proof positive pressure cabinet marks the air exchange time and flow, and is installed with throttle valve and safety valve and other safety devices, using pure pneumatic control mode, no power supply, the user carries out the corresponding debugging and operation according to the prompt.
◆pz type positive pressure cabinet is suitable for explosive gas environment in zone 2 or combustible dust environment in zone 22;
◆ The product has no main or auxiliary disc, and is controlled by pneumatic components. The control part includes pressure reducing valve, air source pressure gauge, positive pressure chamber pressure gauge reversing valve and exhaust valve, etc.

The user can carry out air exchange operation according to the prompt, and supply power to the cabinet after air exchange is completed.
