一、概述
防爆聲光報警器(簡稱報警器)為非編碼型報警器,適用于安裝在含有ⅡC(ⅡB)級T6溫度組別的爆炸性氣體環境場所。當生產現場發生事故或火災等緊急情況時,火災報警控制器送來的控制信號啟動聲光報警電路,發出聲和光報警信號,以完成報警目的。本產品也可同手動報警按鈕配合使用,達到簡單的聲、光報警目的。

三、產品特點
報警器外殼為全不銹鋼殼體或ZL102鋁合金壓鑄成型,表面高壓靜電噴塑,具有高強度和耐腐蝕性。

四、安裝與布線
根據現場情況,使用M6膨脹螺釘或M6螺釘將火災聲光報警器的防爆外殼固定在墻壁上。
連接電纜外徑為φ6~8mm的橡塑電纜,電纜的防爆進線口為M22×1.5螺紋,可與鍍鋅護管或BNG15×700防爆撓管連接,也可以使用防爆封口螺帽鎖緊。
接線時,需按照防爆火災聲光報警器布線示意圖,將控制線分極性分別接在火災聲光報警器接線端子的+、—兩端。注意防爆面不要夾雜導線或其它異物。
布線要求:線間、線與大地間絕緣阻抗大于20MΩ,探測總線回路單根線路電阻小于20Ω。

Third, product characteristics
The shell of the alarm is made of stainless steel shell or ZL102 aluminum alloy die-casting molding, the surface of high voltage electrostatic spray, with high strength and corrosion resistance.
The lamp shell has strong impact resistance, adopts 360° clear visual ultra-bright LED light tube, and is equipped with super buzzer to ensure stable operation in harsh environment.
The alarm has the characteristics of stable operation, long service life, low power consumption, and is not affected by pollutants and water.
Fourth, installation and wiring
Use M6 expansion screws or M6 screws to secure the explosion-proof shell of the fire sound and light alarm to the wall according to the site conditions.
Connect the rubber and plastic cable with an outer diameter of φ6 ~ 8mm, and the explosion-proof inlet of the cable is M22×1.5 thread, which can be connected with the galvanized protective pipe or BNG15×700 explosion-proof flexible pipe, and can also be locked by explosion-proof sealing nuts.
