防爆配電箱具有防爆性能的一類配電箱。主要有防爆照明配電箱、防爆動力配電箱、防爆防腐配電箱等。BXM（D） 防爆配電箱適用于石化裝置、石油平臺、化工、制藥、煤炭、冶煉、船舶制造、軍工、紡織等易燃易爆場所走電配線使用。 1區、2區爆炸性氣體環境。20、 21區、22區可燃性粉塵環境。
使用方法
1、根據工作現場的實際照明需要,確定燈具的安裝位置和方式,然后按燈具到220V電源接點的距離備好相應長度的三芯電纜線(如采用鋼管布線則將三芯電纜線引入鋼管至燈具安裝處)。
2、先卸下接線腔上的固定螺釘,拔出接線盒的接線部分;從包裝盒內取出密封圈和接頭(帶緊定螺釘),依次套入電纜;然后將三芯電纜線的一端分別接入盒內的標識“L”、“N”和接地處,用壓線卡壓緊電纜后,并用緊固螺釘固定好,然后擰緊接頭,壓緊密封圈,并從側面擰緊緊定螺釘。
3、將第2步的部件旋入鋼管,從側面裝上緊定螺釘鎖緊,再將燈體沿接線盒的導軌裝入,然后擰緊面板上的螺釘。
4、*后把三芯電纜線的另一端按防爆配電箱要求接通220V電源。
5、更換燈泡時,先切斷電源,然后用內六角扳手卸下殼體上的緊定螺釘,用大螺絲刀或其它工具旋松燈蓋6圈,再用手小心將燈蓋緩慢卸下,旋下舊燈泡換上新燈泡。

Screw the parts of step 2 into the steel pipe, install the setting screw to lock from the side, then install the lamp body along the guide rail of the Junction Box, then tighten the screw on the panel. 4. Finally connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 220V power supply according to the requirements of the explosion-proof distribution box. 5, when changing the bulb, first cut off the power, and then use the hexagon wrench to remove the screw on the housing, with a large screwdriver or other tools loosen the lamp cover 6 rounds, and then use hand carefully to slowly remove the lamp cover, unscrew an old bulb and replace it with a new one.
