2.柜式產品采用GGD柜架,主副盤為左右結構,電纜溝座式安裝,下進線、前門操作,后門檢修。
3.箱式產品采用304不銹鋼焊接結構,主、副盤為上下結構,掛式安裝,下進線、前門操作和檢修。
4.琴臺式防爆正壓柜產品為主、副盤為前后結構,座式安裝,下進線、琴臺操作,后門檢修。
5.按進氣方式分為通風型和補償型。通風型為不間斷連續供氣,正壓腔內裝元件的工作熱量可隨氣路帶走,具有很好的散熱功能,適用于解決大功率防爆變頻器的散熱問題;補償型為間斷性供氣,正壓腔要有良好的密封性,確保耗氣量小。
6.用戶須提供氣源,要求為:凈化空氣或氮氣,氣源壓為為:0.2~0.8Mpa;通常用戶現場的儀表風均可滿足要求。
7.不銹鋼材質根據要求GB3280-84。
